Experience the freedom and relaxation of our in-person group classes with Freedom Flow. Join our yoga community for powerful and uplifting sessions that will leave you feeling centered and rejuvenated. All levels are welcome, so come as you are and flow with us. Payment is free, donations accepted. Weather dependent.
