I am a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to helping individuals experience the transformative power of yoga, meditation, and breathwork. As a mom, a military wife, and a nurse practitioner, I understand that taking time for yourself and allowing yourself to find freedom can be intimidating or seem unattainable at times. I aim to remove the intimidation, striving to create a space for accessibility to the benefits of yoga to all humans. I believe in the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and soul, and I am committed to guiding my students towards healing by addressing all three aspects.
